Job requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial controlling at various levels of the corporate group (group, individual companies, business units)
Development and management of corporate planning, including forecasting and budgeting
Preparation and analysis of financial and utilization reports for the parent and subsidiary companies
Development and implementation of KPIs for performance analysis and strategic decision-making
Further development and optimization of controlling and reporting processes, especially with regard to automation and digitalization
Contact person for management in financial and strategic matters
Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and decision templates for senior management
Support for project management: Optimization and control of utilization and profitability reports in cooperation with the PMO and project management
Your Profile:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
At least 10 years of experience in financial and project controlling, ideally in an international company
Profound knowledge of business controlling instruments and financial analysis methods
Ability to create and maintain complex reports in Google Sheets and/or Excel based on various data sources
Proficient in financial and reporting software (knowledge of BI systems is an advantage)
Experience with complex budgeting and forecasting processes
Analytical thinking, strong affinity for numbers, and a structured, strategic way of working
Strong communication skills and teamwork with experience in collaborating with management levels
Very good English language skills (at least B2); additional language skills are an advantage
