Job requirements


Responsibilities:

  • CI/CD and Pipeline Management: Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable development workflows.

  • Logging, Monitoring, and Observability: Design and manage logging, monitoring, and observability solutions, including automated alerting, to ensure system reliability and enable prompt incident response.

  • Cloud Integration and Management: Integrate and manage cloud-native applications within an AWS infrastructure, leveraging advanced AWS services to enhance performance and scalability.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to support and enhance software throughout its lifecycle.

  • Infrastructure and Policy Tuning: Conduct regular audits and adjust infrastructure and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, scalability, and seamless integration within existing systems.

  • Security Policy Management: Define, implement, and enforce infrastructure security policies

  • Recruitment & Delegation: Possess the autonomy to recruit and delegate tasks as needed to meet both project and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field

  • Advanced experience with AWS services for storage, computation, event processing, messaging, data processing, and analytics, following the AWS Well-Architected Framework

  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices

  • Proficiency with Docker Containers and GitHub Actions, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD workflows

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and application deployment

  • Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform

  • Extensive knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud data integration

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)

  • Experience in defining and managing security policies with a focus on infrastructure security

  • Familiarity with observability tools and practices, including logging, monitoring, and automated alerting

  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, and problem-solving attitude

  • Experience working in an agile team with excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English
