Job requirements
Responsibilities:
CI/CD and Pipeline Management: Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable development workflows.
Logging, Monitoring, and Observability: Design and manage logging, monitoring, and observability solutions, including automated alerting, to ensure system reliability and enable prompt incident response.
Cloud Integration and Management: Integrate and manage cloud-native applications within an AWS infrastructure, leveraging advanced AWS services to enhance performance and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to support and enhance software throughout its lifecycle.
Infrastructure and Policy Tuning: Conduct regular audits and adjust infrastructure and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, scalability, and seamless integration within existing systems.
Security Policy Management: Define, implement, and enforce infrastructure security policies
Recruitment & Delegation: Possess the autonomy to recruit and delegate tasks as needed to meet both project and organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
Advanced experience with AWS services for storage, computation, event processing, messaging, data processing, and analytics, following the AWS Well-Architected Framework
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
Proficiency with Docker Containers and GitHub Actions, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD workflows
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and application deployment
Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
Extensive knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud data integration
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
Experience in defining and managing security policies with a focus on infrastructure security
Familiarity with observability tools and practices, including logging, monitoring, and automated alerting
Strong analytical skills, initiative, and problem-solving attitude
Experience working in an agile team with excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
