About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Administrator / Office Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines HR administration, office management, and team support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Moldovan labor legislation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments (Finance, HR, Engineering etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
Ensure compliance with Moldovan labor legislation in all HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Office Management
Manage office supplies, stock levels, and vendor relationships.
Ensure the office environment is well organized, welcoming, and functional.
Coordinate office logistics, including setting up workspaces and packing/shipping when needed.
Organize/assist with organizing company events, team gatherings, and wellness initiatives.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with Finance, HR, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth processes.
Provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects (make travel arrangements, bookings,
Act as the first point of contact for office and HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Moldovan labor law and employment regulations.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – enjoys working with people and building positive relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Previous experience in HR.
Previous experience in office management or administration is a plus.
