What You Will Do

• Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.

• Participate in product brainstorming with the team.

• Improve performance and scalability of the platform.

• Support DevOps and infrastructure tasks when needed.

• Work closely with a small engineering team in a high-ownership environment.

Important clarification for candidates

• The main priority is backend experience (PHP or Python).

• React knowledge is highly desirable, but if a candidate is stronger on backend and willing to work with React, that can also be a good fit.
